If you’d like to learn more about Pack83 and Family Scouting we encourage you to attend any of our upcoming events.  We welcome all boys and girls, K-5th grade.  Pack 83 is based out of Central Elementary school but that is by no means a requirement for membership.  We’ve had members from Redwood Shores, San Carlos and even as far as Brisbane.  Check our calendar page for the next event or contact us to learn more.  Ready to register?  Register here.

Cub Scout Overview — What to Expect

Cub Scouting with Pack 83 is designed to meet the needs of young kids and their parents.  The program offers fun and challenging activities that promote character development, practical knowledge and outdoor experiences.  Service projects, ceremonies, games and other activities guide kids through the core values and give them a sense of personal achievement. Through positive peer group interaction and parental guidance, kids also learn honesty, bravery and respect. Family involvement is an essential part of Cub Scouting, and parents are expected to play an active role in meetings and events.
